Can you freeze shop bought sausage rolls?

Trying to get ahead and have made some vegan sausage rolls for my daughter when she comes home for Christmas. Plan was to cook them today and freeze them but my logic has deserted me! Do I ''
Cook them fully, let them cool then freeze them. To be warmed through before eating on Friday?
or
Half cook them, freeze them and then finish off cooking when defrosted on Friday?

You can do either depending on what suits you best.

Delia cooks, cools and freezes but you can open-freeze the uncooked sausage rolls (before you glaze them with egg wash) until solid, then store them in a rigid plastic container. Then glaze them and cook from frozen, allowing an extra 10 minutes' cooking time for defrosting.
